Design, installation and testing of a biological filter system

Air extraction and treatment plant arising from biological sludge storage and treatment environments, flow rate up to 70,000 cu m/h. 

The extraction system consists of vertical scrubber with pre-abatement function and humidification of the gaseous fluid, biological biofilter with 900mc of plant filter biomass, appropriately sized stainless steel piping, 2 high-efficiency stainless steel centrifugal fans each with 55 kW installed, and an electrical control panel equipped with pressure probe and inverter for fully automatic control.
