Who we are
Coral S.p.A. is a company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of industrial extraction and filtration systems. For over 60 years, we have been developing customized solutions for air treatment and workplace safety. To strengthen our engineering department, we are looking to hire three new employees: two junior-level positions and one senior-level position.
Role and Responsibilities
The new hires will work as part of the design team and will be responsible for:
- 3D modeling and 2D drafting of ventilation systems, ductwork layouts, and structural steelwork using Autodesk Inventor.
- Data and workflow management within the PDM Vault environment and the Panthera ERP system.
- Creation and management of production models and technical documentation for projects.
- For the Senior position: Independent management of projects, preliminary sizing of air distribution systems, and technical support/coordination of junior designers.
Requirements
The recruitment process is open to both mechanical technicians and engineers, with the following selection criteria:
- Educational Qualifications: Technical Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering.
- Software Skills: In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and experience using PDM Vault (required for Senior positions; preferred for Junior positions).
- Experience:
Junior Candidates: We also consider candidates with no prior experience or limited experience (internships/1 year), provided they demonstrate strong passion and the ability to learn quickly.
Senior Candidates: At least 4–5 years of experience in the role, preferably gained in the industrial plant engineering, air handling, or structural steel/sheet metal fabrication sectors. - English
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, and a problem-solving mindset.
What we offer
- Job Description: The contract and compensation (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry) will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual level of experience.
- Expected RAL: 26k – 30k
- Training: Onboarding and mentoring program for junior staff; autonomy in project planning and technical guidance for senior staff.
- Tools: Modern workstations and software that is constantly updated.
