How the plant works
Coral installed the following carbon fiber parts unloading booth, complete with an ad hoc dust extraction system.
A full length trench of about 800 mm was constructed, in which the suction pipes and sectoral catchment hoppers were inserted with manual dampers for flow regulation and partialization. The excavation was closed with special gratings, suitable for the weight to be supported and reinforced with supporting pillars. The walls of the cabin are made of 80/100 mm thick panels suitable for delimiting and soundproofing the environment.
The extraction system in the grating section consists of: a high-performance centrifugal electric fan; an ATEX cartridge filtration system, equipped with an automatic cleaning system; and an exhaust stack, equipped with a sampling outlet positioned according to regulations, through which the purified air is expelled. In the upper part of the room, a filter ceiling and an air intake plenum have been installed in order to create a vertical flow for dust capture. Forced air supply into the cabin is through a condensing gas generator with an air flow rate of 31,000 cu m/h.
Finally, the air intake system is completed by electrical panel with inverter, general regulation, valves and control instruments, galvanized sheet metal piping inlet, galvanized sheet metal piping air inlet outside, air diffusion panels.
In addition, a booth containing two POLIJET suction benches for trimming small parts was installed adjacent to the grating booth. The benches, each 1500 mm. long, are equipped with internal filter cartridges and a compressed air cleaning system. Suction of the benches is also provided by the vacuum work of a high-performance centrifugal electric fan.
