How the plant works

Stock removal machines require the adjoining presence of a suction system to remove the tiny misted droplets of tool lubricating oil that spread during machining.

Coral has made a suitable suction system for this purpose, installed in the vicinity of a machine tool for the removal of aluminum chips. Suction runs of suitable diameter, equipped with exclusion and calibration dampers, are positioned directly over the area of the cutters. In turn, these are connected to a main manifold that conveys the pollutant to a battery of three pre-separator cyclones, complete with sealed box, and then through a triple-filtered Clean FV model finisher filter. Finally, a high-efficiency centrifugal electric fan creates the necessary vacuum to convey the filtered aeriform to the exhaust stack.

To complement this, the intake system duct is equipped with appropriate inspection panels to facilitate and ensure proper and periodic maintenance.
