Through the vacuum cleaner, a vacuum is created that results in the forced circulation of a flow of air through the filters. The flow conveys the paint particles suspended in the air to the filters without dispersion into the environment. The first filtration stage captures paint pigments having larger particle size while the second fiberglass stage retains finer ones; the air purified of solid pigments is expelled by the fan.
