B-flat – Horizontal flat-bag filter

How it works

The system uses flat filter bags arranged horizontally, supported by a metal cage that keeps the filter bag walls spaced apart and helps optimize dust removal.

Each filter bag is mounted on a support frame and secured to a perforated plate using a quick-release fastening system, while the opposite side rests on a support grid.

Inside the filter, there are two completely separate compartments:

• raw gas chamber
• dust-free room

Dusty air typically enters through the top of the filter, passes through the filter elements from the outside in, and exits the clean chamber after being purified. The system’s design ensures effective separation between the dirty and clean sides, which is essential for maintaining consistent performance over time.

The filter is designed to operate under negative pressure, a feature that makes it particularly suitable for a wide range of demanding industrial applications.

Easier and safer maintenance

The horizontal configuration of the filter sleeves offers a significant practical advantage: the cleanroom becomes an accessible space for maintenance operations.

This means:

• easier and safer filter replacement
• easier access for inspections and maintenance
• capable of operating without requiring significant clearance above the filter
• greater flexibility for installation in indoor environments or production areas with limited space

Maintenance on the cleaning system is also easier thanks to its design, which is intended to facilitate maintenance.
