General features
Oil Stop It is a compact filtration unit designed for the extraction and filtration of oil mist. The combination of centrifugal separation and progressive filtration effectively captures oil particles in the air, helping to keep the workplace healthier and cleaner.
The system incorporates a high-performance centrifugal fan, a patented helical centrifugal pre-separator ( Coral), a droplet separator, a metal wire mesh pre-filter, and final filtration with a large filtration surface area. The preliminary separation of larger oil particles reduces the load on the subsequent filtration stages, extending the service life of the filters and minimizing maintenance requirements.
The emulsified oil is separated and directed into the dedicated collection system, where it can be recovered for reuse, transforming a processing byproduct into a resource while simultaneously reducing spillage and waste. Thanks to its compact design, low noise level, and Plug & Play configuration, the Oil Stop is a solution particularly well-suited for lathes, CNC machines, grinders, and other machining operations that generate emulsified oil mist.
The various configurations in the product line also allow for the use of pocket filters, rigid pocket filters, and, where required, HEPA H13 absolute filtration.
