General features
Oil Stop/M is the Coral modular system for the centralized extraction and filtration of oil mist, developed to meet the needs of production facilities that require high airflow rates and a solution that can be easily adapted to different process conditions.
The modular design allows the system to be scaled to meet the plant’s specific needs, while retaining the progressive separation technology featured in the Oil Stop line: a patented helical centrifugal pre-separator Coral, a droplet separator, a metal wire mesh pre-filter, and final filtration with a large filtration surface area.
The series offers airflow rates of up to 28,000 m³/h, making the Oil Stop/M particularly well-suited for centralized applications or for the simultaneous treatment of emissions from multiple machine tools.
Separating the emulsified oil early in the process protects the filter elements, extends their service life, and reduces maintenance costs. The recovered oil is collected at the bottom of the unit and can be reused, offering both economic and environmental benefits. The various configurations in the product line also allow for the use of pocket filters, rigid pocket filters, and, where required, HEPA H13 absolute filtration.
