Water filter applicable in filtration systems for production processes that generate water-insoluble dust, e.g., metals, composites, resins, aggregates. It is also used for dusts that generate glowing particles capable of starting fires or explosions in dry filters.
The venturi filter consists of two basic elements: the venturi, in which the contact phase between liquid and the air to be dusted is produced, and the cyclone separator where the residual separation between the air and the droplets that have captured the dust is carried out.
