Kazakhstan is the first and most prosperous economy in the Central Asian region, with annual gross domestic product growth of between 3.5 and 5 percent. Given the historical alliance with Russia and the complicated geopolitical situation due to the conflict in Ukraine, a difficult situation was expected for the Kazakh republic, which nevertheless preferred to side against the conflict and align with the European Union in favor of fair negotiations, in view of the privileged relations Kazakhstan has with many European companies, particularly with Italy's Eni for hydrocarbon exports.
This "bridge" between Kazakhstan and Europe today finds a new pillar in the distribution agreement between W&T Group and Coral.
Indeed, W&T is one of Central Asia's leading players in woodworking tools and machines, offering cutting, edgebanding, drilling, milling and sanding state-of-the-art machines to a large customer base.
The dialogue of this prosperous Kazakh company with Coral has therefore become natural and will henceforth enable W&T Group to integrate its tools for carpentry and sawmills with Coral 's vacuum and filtration systems for wood dust and chips, paint booths, suction and filter benches and walls, making a major contribution to making carpentry and woodworking companies operate more safely and sustainably.
